  • AI-Powered Chart Generation: Users can generate charts by describing their data and desired chart type, or by uploading data and allowing our AI to automatically create suitable visualizations.

  • Multiple Chart Types: Support for a wide range of chart types, including but not limited to bar charts, line charts, pie charts, scatter plots, and more.

2. Accounts and Registration

You may need to register an account to access and use certain features of AIGraphMaker. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service Use

3.1 User Conduct

You agree to comply with the following conduct norms when using the Services:

  • Legal Compliance: You must not use the Services for any illegal activities or activities that violate laws and regulations.
  • Respect for Others' Rights: You must not use the Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights of others. You must not upload, publish, or share any content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses caused to you due to the modification, suspension, or termination of the Services.

We have the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to for violations of these Terms.

4. Payment and Subscription

AIGraphMaker offers a free plan and a paid Hobby plan.

  • Free Plan: Free users can create up to 5 graphs per day and save up to 2 graphs in their account. The Free Plan may have limited features.
  • Hobby Plan: Paid Hobby Plan users can create more graphs and access all features. For specific pricing and subscription periods of the Hobby Plan, please refer to the Pricing Page on the Website.

All paid plans may automatically renew unless you cancel the subscription before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription in your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Ownership

The Website and Services, including but not limited to all software, code, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other content, are owned by AIGraphMaker or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly authorized in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website and Services.

5.2 User Content

You retain full ownership of the graphs you create using AIGraphMaker.

When you choose to publicly share your graphs, you grant AIGraphMaker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your publicly shared graphs on the Website and in related promotional materials as examples and promotional content. This license is limited to showcasing and promoting the AIGraphMaker Services, and we will not use your publicly shared graphs for other commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

6. User Data and Privacy

6.1 Data Processing

We value the privacy and security of user data. Files uploaded by users (PDF, WORD, EXCEL, CSV, TXT, MARKDOWN) and input data such as text descriptions are processed locally on the client side and submitted as API inputs to AI models for processing. The infographic data generated by AI is stored in our database.

6.2 Data Security

We will take reasonable security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, the internet is not a completely secure environment, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of user data.

6.3 Privacy Policy

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will meet all your needs.
  • The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or timely.
  • The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any errors in the software will be corrected.

You understand and agree that you use the Services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIGraphMaker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or personal injury) arising from your use or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall AIGraphMaker's total liability to you, whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory, exceed the amount you have paid to AIGraphMaker in the 6 months preceding the claim (if any).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AIGraphMaker and its operators against any claims, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, use of the Services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Website and may notify you of significant modifications via email or other means. The modified Terms will take effect upon posting, unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Services after the modified Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.

You may terminate your account and use of the Services at any time. We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, in our sole discretion, in accordance with these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of California for resolution.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AIGraphMaker regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without prior notice or consent.
