Free Plan

AIGraphMaker offers a Free Plan for users to experience the services before purchasing a subscription. This plan provides limited features and usage.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their recurring subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free Plan (if available) or remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You are eligible for a full refund if you submit a request within 7 days of your subscription start date. No reason is required. This applies to users who have upgraded from the Free Plan to a paid subscription.

  • After 7 Days and Up to 30 Days: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of AIGraphMaker. Refund requests can be made if you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using our service and that cannot be resolved by our support team. Proof of the issue may be required.

  • Beyond 30 Days: Refunds are generally not provided after 30 days from your subscription start date.

  • Annual Subscriptions (Beyond 30 Days): For users with annual subscriptions, refund requests submitted after 30 days from the subscription start date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You must submit a refund request via email ([email protected]) explaining the reason for your request. If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of the service used up to the date of the refund request, based on the equivalent monthly subscription rate, plus a reasonable processing fee. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the circumstances. Refund requests due to issues beyond AIGraphMaker's control (e.g., changes in personal circumstances, third-party hardware or software failures, etc.) will not be honored.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Include your account information, subscription details, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (unless requesting a refund within the 7-day guarantee period).

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that refunds can only be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Changes to Refund Policy

AIGraphMaker reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
