Flowchart to define the solution in case of a lost parcel or a parcel blocked in customs, based on days since shipment (J+10).

1. Check if it's been 10 days (J+10) since shipment.
2. Email the customer to announce a potential issue and inquire if they are willing to wait 10 more days.
3. If the customer is okay to wait:
* Place an order to hold the stock.
* If shipping outside the EU, initiate customs documentation.
4. If the customer is not okay to wait:
* The customer places a new order.
5. Open a claim with the carrier for the lost or blocked parcel.
