The main things we were looking at would be graphs, tables or score cards (RAG) to identify fluctuations in workloads 3,6,9,12 months ahead. Future aspirations would see us break down the difference in shift types or work content, but for now a single view on all works broken down into each team would be perfect.
If any tables could be broken down into teams and another table maybe broken down into people?
